Change management: Leadership development
Design and deliver a European Leadership event to strengthen capability to manage and lead change in an evolving and complex environment.
Worked closely with HR Directors to identify goals and objectives; co-designed an interactive and engaging workshop based on Gallup Strengthsfinder; co-delivered the event, establishing a safe environment to learn and engage all leaders.
Innovative and creative one day event; leaders challenged to work with significant change and ambiguity; individual and team strengths brought to the fore.
